Spencer King
Director of Technology
Spencer King is Hive's Director of Technology and a live event “Swiss Army Knife” with over 15 years of experience in the industry. His skills range from project and production management to technical direction and everything in between. His aim is to bolster all events that come his way and to increase the overall value and experience to the fans and patrons.
Before joining Hive in 2022, he worked as an Account and Project Manager for Screenworks /NEP Group for over 10 years. Here, he increased the company’s capabilities and fostered new and unique projects and clients including XR developments, creative broadcast solutions, and high-end special projects, all with bleeding-edge technology utilization.
Spencer has a bachelor’s degree from Southern Oregon University in Media Arts and currently resides in Los Angeles California.

John Monroe
Director of Production
John Monroe is the Director of Production for Hive Events. With over 20 years of experience in the event industry, John has been fortunate enough to assist with a variety of shows and events including Bonnaroo, Outsidelands, Cleveland Clinic Children’s Gala, Bravo Channel’s Bravocon, Austin City Limits, and many more. John specializes in the production, site operations, and logistics of large-scale outdoor and corporate events. He is responsible for building an event from start to finish alongside our clients. John strives to lead by example and believes hard work and dedication help an event run smoothly. When not working, he enjoys the outdoors and attending his children’s games and practices. He can also be found enjoying movies and other fun activities with his kids.

Kali Moxley
Chief of Operations
Kali is the Chief of Operations at Hive Events, where she organizes the details of corporate events and music festivals. Her past work includes program managing three simultaneous stadium shows in Brazil, program manager and producer for Bravo TV's Bravocon, and production coordination for several music festivals. When she’s not onsite at an event, she handles Hive business operations and team development. Before joining Hive, Kali managed fundraising events for non-profits and dabbled in graphic design and marketing.
Kali has a bachelor’s degree from Judson University in Communications and currently resides in Hockley, TX.
